This listing is the Braemar Ecostar TQM623N condensing gas ducted heater in the INT internal cabinet configuration. It is rated at 22.5kW, carries a 6 star rating and runs on natural gas.
The internal cabinet comes with an internal flue arrangement, so the heater is placed inside the building and flued from there. Heated air is pushed through ducts to the outlets, and room air comes back through a central grille and duct. As a condensing heater it produces condensate, which must be drained away from the cabinet. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Because the same model is listed in EXT and UF configurations as well, check that the INT version is the one your installer has specified. Confirm the natural gas supply, plan the condensate drain route, and check the planned internal position has room for the cabinet, its flue and servicing.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
