The Braemar TQM623N is a 22.5kW condensing gas ducted heater from the Ecostar TQM range, supplied here in the EXT external cabinet configuration. It carries a 6 star rating and runs on natural gas.
The external cabinet is installed outdoors, and its fan pushes heated air through ducts into the building and out to the outlets, with room air drawn back through a central grille. As a condensing heater it produces condensate, so a drain point is needed near the cabinet as part of the installation. Keeping the heater outside leaves the roof space for ducts only. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
The TQM623N is also listed in internal and under floor configurations, so confirm the EXT version suits your installation before ordering. Check the property has natural gas, plan where the condensate will drain, and confirm the outdoor position allows the required flue clearances from windows and doors.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
