Rated at 30kW, the Bonaire Rhino MBR5NC-30 is an external gas ducted heater from the Rhino MBR5 series with a 5 star rating. The cabinet is designed to be installed outdoors.
Heated air passes from the outdoor cabinet into the supply ductwork and out to the outlets in each room, while air is drawn back to the heater through a central grille and duct. The cabinet usually sits on a level base against an outside wall, with the ducts passing into the roof space or under the floor. As a 30kW heater it is generally matched with a larger duct system, so trunk and branch sizes should be checked as part of the design. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Before ordering, confirm the outdoor position allows the required clearances around the flue outlet, away from windows and doors. The listing does not state a gas type, so check it against the property's supply, and have the gasfitter confirm the meter and pipe can supply a heater of this size.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
