The Bonaire Rhino MBR4-30 is a 30kW external gas ducted heater from the Rhino MBR4 series, with a 4 star rating. Its cabinet is built for outdoor installation.
At 30kW the heater is suited to a large duct network, with warm air passing from the outdoor cabinet into the supply ductwork and out to many outlets. Room air comes back to the cabinet through a central grille and duct. An external cabinet keeps the heater and its flue outside, so the roof space only has to carry ducts, and the heater can be reached for servicing without entering the roof. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
A 30kW heater needs a gas supply sized for it, so ask the gasfitter to check the meter and supply pipe before ordering. Choose an outside wall position that meets the flue clearance requirements, confirm the gas type at the property because the listing does not give it, and check the main ducts are sized for this output.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
