The Bonaire MB330I is an internal gas ducted heater rated at 28kW, from the Bonaire MB series. It carries a 3.2 star rating and is installed within a ceiling or roof cavity.
Installed in the roof space, the heater sends warm air through ducts to outlets in each room, while room air is drawn back through a central grille and duct. At this output it usually serves a larger home with a longer duct network, so check that the main trunks and branches are sized for the airflow. The flue runs from the cabinet up through the roof. Installation and commissioning by a licensed gasfitter is required.
Check the roof space can take the cabinet, its flue and service access, and that the hatch is big enough for the heater to pass through. Confirm the gas type matches the property's supply, as the listing does not state it, and ask your gasfitter to confirm the meter and supply pipe for a 28kW heater before ordering.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
