Rated at 25kW, the Bonaire MB425U is a gas ducted heater from the Bonaire MB4 range with a 4 star gas energy rating. Its INT/EXT configuration allows installation internally or externally.
A heater of this output typically feeds a larger duct network with more outlets, so the duct layout and outlet sizes matter as much as the heater itself. Warm air is pushed by the heater's fan through the supply ducts, and room air comes back through a central grille and duct. An internal position puts the cabinet in the roof space with a flue through the roof, while an external position places it outdoors against the house. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Confirm with your installer whether the cabinet will be internal or external, and check the flue clearances for that spot. Ask the gasfitter to confirm the gas meter and pipe can supply a 25kW heater, and confirm the gas type against the heater, as the listing does not state it.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.
See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details.
Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
See our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.
Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. The warranty period and what it covers are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation.
Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
If you have a problem, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and we will help you with the claim.
