The Bonaire MB330IXA is a 28kW gas ducted heater with a 3.1 star rating, supplied in the Bonaire IN/XA dual configuration. The same unit can be installed internally or externally.
The dual configuration lets the cabinet be sited inside, typically in the roof space, or outdoors against the house. That choice sets the flueing arrangement, so it is decided at the design stage. Wherever it is placed, the heater's fan pushes warm air through the supply ducts to the outlets, and room air comes back through a central grille and duct. At 28kW the heater usually serves a larger duct network, so duct sizes need checking along with the heater. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Settle the installation position with your installer before ordering, then check the flue route and clearances. Confirm the gas type at the property, as this listing does not state it, and ask the gasfitter to confirm the gas meter and pipe size suit a 28kW heater.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
