Model MB330E is an external gas ducted heater from the Bonaire MB series, rated at 28kW and carrying a 3.2 star gas energy rating. It is an outdoor mounted cabinet.
Mounted outdoors and ducted into the building, the heater keeps the cabinet and its flue outside the roof space. Its fan pushes heated air through supply ducts to outlets in each room, and air comes back to the cabinet through a central grille and duct. The cabinet usually stands on a level base against an outside wall, with the ducts entering through the wall, floor or roof. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
Choose an outdoor spot that allows the clearances required around the flue outlet and access for servicing, and away from openable windows and doors. Have the 28kW output confirmed by a heat load assessment, confirm the gas type at the property because the listing does not give one, and check the gas meter and pipe can supply a heater of this size.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.
See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details.
Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. The warranty period and what it covers are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation.

If you have a problem, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and we will help you with the claim.
