The Bonaire MB320E is an external gas ducted heater rated at 18.5kW, from the Bonaire MB series with a 3 star rating. The cabinet is an outdoor mounted unit.
Placed outside against the house, the heater sends warm air through supply ducts into the building and out through outlets in each room. Air from the rooms comes back to the cabinet through a central grille and duct to be heated again. Keeping the cabinet outdoors means the roof space does not have to hold the heater or an internal flue, though the ducts still run through the roof or under the floor. Installation, gas connection and flueing must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
If this heater is replacing an older external unit, compare the duct connections and base position with the existing one. Check the outdoor position keeps the clearances required from windows, doors and boundaries, confirm the property's gas type against the heater ordered because the listing does not state it, and have an 18.5kW output confirmed by a heat load assessment.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
