This 1200 x 150mm metal bar grille, actual size 1197 x 147mm, gives a long linear outlet with a taller 150mm face. Finished in white RAL9010, it can serve as a supply or a return point in a ducted heating and cooling system.

The grille sits in a cushion head box, and the supplier lists CHB12015 at 1200 x 150mm as the box to match. Fix the box between the ceiling or bulkhead framing, strap the flexible duct to its spigot and tape the joint, then press the grille into place. On a return, the duct from the box runs back toward the indoor unit; on a supply, it comes from a take-off or zone outlet.

Before ordering, measure the space for a box 1200mm long and check nothing such as a light fitting or joist sits in the way. Use the actual 1197 x 147mm size when matching an existing opening. Confirm what role the outlet plays in the system design and the duct size that goes with it.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Delivery cost: $40 per order for parts and accessories, free for orders of $600 or more; $89 per order for air conditioning and heating units, with any parts and accessories in the same order shipped free. One charge per order. Prices include GST and are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
