Sold as a 1200 x 100mm bar grille, this metal outlet has an actual size of 1197 x 97mm and is finished in white RAL9010. Its long, narrow face gives a tidy linear line for supply or return air in a ducted system.

A 1200mm grille is often set along a ceiling edge, a wall or a bulkhead where a slim outlet blends in better than a square diffuser. It mounts in a cushion head box, and the catalogue lists CHB12010 at 1200 x 100mm to suit. Connect the duct to the box, seal the joint, and then fit the grille so the bars sit square to the opening.

Confirm the opening and the framing can take a box 1200mm long, and measure any existing hole against the actual 1197 x 97mm size. Check whether this outlet will supply air or draw return air, and that the duct planned for the box suits the system design.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
