A long, slim metal bar grille with a nominal size of 1150 x 100mm and an actual size of 1147 x 97mm. The bars give a clean linear look along a ceiling, wall or bulkhead, and the grille can be used for supply or return air in a ducted system.

The grille fits to a cushion head box, which carries the flexible duct connection. In the AAD catalogue the box matched to this size is CHB11510, listed at 1150 x 100mm, so the nominal size is the box size and the grille is made a few millimetres smaller to suit. Fix the box to the framing first, connect and tape the duct, then fit the grille.

Order by the nominal 1150 x 100mm size, and use the actual size of 1147 x 97mm when you check the fit in an existing opening. Make sure there is length in the ceiling or bulkhead for a box 1150mm long, and confirm with the system design whether the outlet is supply or return so the duct is sized for it.

If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
