Asuka 80mm capping duct, 2.0m length (W80D2)

The Asuka W80D2 is an 80mm capping duct supplied in 2.0m lengths. It forms the straight runs of the 80mm capping system, covering refrigerant pipework, drain hose and cabling on a split system installation.

Lengths are cut on site and connected with the 80mm elbows, joiners, eave caps and end caps, which keep the same profile through each fitting. The narrower 80mm size suits a smaller pipe bundle where a slimmer run along the wall is wanted, such as a short back-to-back install.

Measure the route from the wall penetration to the outdoor unit and divide by the 2.0m length to work out how many sections you need, rounding up for offcuts. Check that your pipes, insulation, drain hose and interconnecting cable fit inside 80mm capping; if the bundle is bulky, the larger Asuka duct (W100D2) may suit better. Refrigerant work on the system needs an ARC-licensed technician.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Delivery cost: $40 per order for parts and accessories, free for orders of $600 or more; $89 per order for air conditioning and heating units, with any parts and accessories in the same order shipped free. One charge per order. Prices include GST and are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
