Aradon fire rated paired copper with 3/8" and 3/4" lines, 18m long, with 19mm rubber insulation. It is used to connect split systems whose installation manual specifies 3/8" and 3/4" refrigerant pipes.

With a 3/4" line in the pair, bends need more room and a suitable tube bender, so plan the route before unrolling. Cut both lines to length, prepare the ends for flare or brazed connections, and finish the insulation at every joint so no bare tube is exposed. Fixing the run securely protects the joints from movement and vibration. Refrigerant pipework must be installed by an appropriately licensed technician.

Check that your unit calls for 3/8" and 3/4" pipe sizes and that the route fits within the 18m coil. Confirm that the 19mm wall and the listed R-value meet any insulation or fire rating requirement for the building. In Australia, the refrigerant work must be done by an ARC-licensed technician.

If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
