The ALD595 is a lay-in aluminium 4 way ceiling diffuser with a 595 x 595mm face and a 450mm spigot. Finished in white RAL9010, it handles a big supply connection while spreading the air in four directions.

A 450mm spigot usually means a main or large branch duct, so this diffuser tends to suit open offices, shops and other large commercial rooms. It lays into the ceiling opening, with a cushion head box above to take the flexible duct; the catalogue lists the CHB4545-20/25/30/35 box to suit. In plasterboard ceilings, fit the ALD595F aluminium plaster frame to carry the face.

Confirm the ceiling type and the opening size before ordering, and add the ALD595F frame if the ceiling is plaster. Check that a 450mm duct can reach this position and that the void is deep enough for the box and a smooth bend. The diffuser is large, so plan the layout around light fittings and sprinkler heads.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
