Airloc Smartfit insulated Y fitting 250/150/150mm (AY1066)

Airloc Smartfit AY1066 is an insulated Y fitting with a 250mm inlet and two 150mm outlets. It takes a mid-size 250mm run and splits it straight into a pair of small branches.

This size suits a layout where a 250mm duct comes off a larger trunk and then serves two 150mm outlets, so the reduction from 250mm happens at the fitting itself rather than through a separate reducer. Each 150mm leg can run on to its own outlet. Attach the flexible duct to all three spigots with tape and a strap and support the fitting so the weight of the ducts does not pull on the joints. Spigot sizes can be changed with Airloc Smartfit adaptors (sold separately).

Check the duct sizes in your system design before ordering. Check that your design calls for two 150mm branches off a 250mm feed at this point. Measure the space around the fitting so both legs can leave it without kinking.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
