Airloc Airchute AAC4 is the 4 way version of the Airloc chute, used in evaporative cooling installations to divide the cooler airflow between four outlets.

Its catalogue specification reads 550 x 550 to 4 x 500, so it sits beneath a 550 x 550 dropper and feeds four separate duct runs. Four outlets suit a layout where the house is served by several main branches leaving the cooler position. Duct connections at the outlets are secured with the Airloc cable tie and its clips, which are listed in the same section of the catalogue (the clips come in a bag of 20).

Before ordering, map out the duct runs and confirm you need four outlets rather than three; a 3 way Airchute is listed separately. Check the dropper size on your cooler against the 550 x 550 side of the chute and make sure your duct suits the outlets. Allow for clear access in the roof space when positioning it.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Delivery cost: $40 per order for parts and accessories, free for orders of $600 or more; $89 per order for air conditioning and heating units, with any parts and accessories in the same order shipped free. One charge per order. Prices include GST and are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
