Model LM-RS-2W is a wall mounted remote temperature sensor for ActronAir ducted systems, finished in white. It provides a room temperature reference from the sensor location rather than from the indoor unit.
Measuring the temperature where people actually are, rather than at an indoor unit tucked away in the roof, helps the system respond to the conditions in the room. The sensor sits in a compact surface mounted enclosure, and its placement is chosen to suit the space being measured. Avoid external walls, sunny spots and positions near supply outlets, lamps or kitchen appliances, which can all skew the reading. The cable is run back to the system as part of the installation.
Confirm your ActronAir system is an Advance, AIRES or Classic S2 ducted system before ordering. If a grey finish suits the room better, the grey LM-RS-2G is the alternative. Plan the wall position and cable route with your installer before the walls are finished.
We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

The warranty period and what it covers are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation.
Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
