ActronAir supply plenum, 2 x 300mm spigots (PL11S-2-30S)

The ActronAir PL11S-2-30S is a supply plenum with two 300mm spigots, for connecting flexible ductwork to an ActronAir ducted refrigerated indoor unit. The spigots are 300mm, or 12 inch.

Mounted to the indoor unit discharge, the plenum splits supply air across two duct runs. It is fitted during indoor unit installation, ahead of duct connection. Two 300mm runs suit a layout where the supply air is divided into two smaller trunks close to the unit, each heading to a different part of the home. Each duct is pulled over its spigot, strapped and taped so air is not lost into the roof space.

Confirm the indoor unit model is one this plenum suits, and that the duct design calls for two 300mm runs at the unit. Check the flexible duct planned for both runs is 300mm, and have your installer confirm the part number before ordering.

We don't show live stock levels on our website, because our products are held by our suppliers in New South Wales and Victoria. Stock is confirmed with the supplier when your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you by phone or email to offer an alternative, an expected dispatch date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

• Delivery area: every Australian state and territory.
• Delivery cost: $40 per order for parts and accessories, free for orders of $600 or more; $89 per order for air conditioning and heating units, with any parts and accessories in the same order shipped free. One charge per order. Prices include GST and are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Dispatch: usually within 1 business day (allow up to 3 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 4 business days to most addresses, and up to 10 business days to regional and remote areas, including WA, the NT and Tasmania.
• Pickup: not available. All orders are delivered.

AC Hub Direct does not run its own warehouse. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in New South Wales and Victoria, usually from the location nearest to you that has stock.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, you pay the return freight, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Cancellations: if you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund it less a 4% administration fee, which covers payment processing costs. Once an order is dispatched, a cancellation is handled as a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Manufacturer's warranty terms vary by brand, and some manufacturers require installation by a licensed technician or purchase from a dealer they have authorised, so please ask us for the manufacturer's published warranty terms before you buy; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. The warranty period and what it covers are set out in the manufacturer's warranty documentation.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
