Pick-up availability is offered via selected partner depot locations within NSW and Victoria.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours. Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST may be processed on the next business day.

Stock availability is confirmed prior to dispatch

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days

Tracking information is supplied once your order has shipped

Stock Availability
While most products are stocked within our supplier network, some specialised, made-to-order, or supplier-direct products may require additional processing time.
Product availability shown online is indicative only and may be subject to supplier stock levels at the time of order.
In rare circumstances, stock discrepancies may occur due to supplier inventory updates. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be contacted to discuss alternative options, backorder timeframes, or a refund.
Business Deliveries
For commercial delivery locations, customers should ensure authorised personnel are available to receive goods during normal business hours.
Dispatch Locations
Orders are dispatched from our supplier and warehouse network across New South Wales and Victoria. AC Hub fulfils orders through a network of authorised supplier warehouses and distribution centres located throughout New South Wales and Victoria.
Orders may be dispatched from the location nearest to the customer where stock is available. As a result, products may ship from different warehouse locations depending on stock availability and order contents.
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations depending on stock availability. Where applicable, customers will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Dispatch location may vary depending on product availability, stock levels, and the customer's delivery postcode.
This allows us to provide faster delivery times and improved stock availability across our service regions.

We welcome orders from customers across all Australian states and territories.
Delivery to Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory is available for most products; however, the following conditions apply:

Freight charges vary depending on location, product dimensions, weight, and freight carrier requirements

Delivery timeframes may be longer than those available within NSW and Victoria

Express delivery may not be available to all regional, remote, or interstate locations

Depot collection is not currently available outside NSW and Victoria

Some bulky products, including large ducted systems, outdoor units, and oversized HVAC equipment, may have freight restrictions to certain postcodes or regions

Depot Collection/Pick Up
Depot collection is free and available for eligible products within NSW and Victoria. Orders are generally available within 1–2 business days after processing.
Interstate Deliveries
Delivery to Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, ACT and Northern Territory is available for many products. Our standard shipping rates and depot collection services are primarily available within NSW and Victoria. Customers located in other Australian states and territories may still place orders, however freight availability, pricing, and delivery timeframes may vary.
Shipping costs for these locations vary depending on product size, weight, and delivery postcode. Freight charges will be calculated at checkout where available or provided by our team upon request.
If "Shipping Not Available" appears during checkout, please contact our team for assistance and a custom freight quotation.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Customers may request Authority to Leave during checkout.

Returned shipments caused by incorrect delivery information or failed delivery attempts may incur additional freight charges.
Damaged Deliveries
Eligible shipments are covered against transit damage in accordance with the freight carrier's terms and conditions. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence.
Customers should inspect all goods upon delivery before installation.
Any shortages, freight damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If visible damage is present:

Do not open the package

Refuse delivery where possible

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt

Provide photographs of the damage and packaging
Once goods are signed for as received in good condition, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Delivery Requirements

Someone must be available to receive the delivery unless Authority to Leave has been selected

Deliveries are kerbside or standard door delivery only

Couriers do not provide installation services or internal placement of goods

Assistance should be arranged for heavy or bulky products
Pallet Deliveries
Larger orders may be delivered on pallets.
Please ensure:

Goods are removed from pallets promptly upon delivery

Drivers may remove pallets where possible

If pallets remain on-site, disposal becomes the customer's responsibility
