Pick Up Information
Save on freight costs by selecting Pick Up at checkout. AC Hub operates through a network of partner depot locations across New South Wales and Victoria, allowing customers to collect orders at a location convenient to them.
How It Works
- Enter your postcode/address at checkout and select Depot Collection
- The nearest available depot collection date, time and the location (exact address) with specific collection instructions will be assigned to your order and confirmed via email.
- Orders are typically ready for collection within 1 business day of confirmation, subject to product availability and order processing times.
- Large or freight-heavy items such as ducted systems and outdoor units may require additional lead time. Our team will confirm your estimated ready date via email.
Important:
- Orders must be collected within 1–5 business days of being ready for collection
- Uncollected orders may be returned to stock and additional storage or administration fees may apply
- Any return freight costs arising from failed or missed collection are the responsibility of the customer
- All pickup locations are strictly by order confirmation only: please do not travel to a depot location without first receiving confirmation and collection details from our team
Our pickup locations operate through a network of third-party partner depots and warehouses across Australia. Full street addresses are not published here to protect the operational security of our partner facilities and because specific pickup locations are allocated based on your order, product type, stock availability, and closest available depot at the time of fulfilment. Collection points may therefore vary between orders.
Once your order has been confirmed and is ready for collection, our team will provide you with the exact street address, contact details, and any specific access or collection instructions for your nominated depot location.
